Enrollment

If you are a neighborhood family, please go to the SCUSD Enrollment Center’s website for enrollment information, required documentation, and office hours.

To be eligible to register for kindergarten this Fall, children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2023. 

Kindergarten Registration for 2024-2025 will open in January 2024.Visit the district website for more information including immunization requirements. 

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is an opportunity for each student who resides permanently within the boundaries of Sacramento City Unified School District to apply for enrollment for schools (Grades K-8) within the district, when space is available. 

The 2024-2025 Open Enrollment period will open in February 2024. Visit the district’s Open Enrollment website for more information on how to apply.
